  • How many days a week should I lift weights?

    Consistency is key in our process. Depending on your goals you will hit weights 3-5x a week. This allows us to hit core muscle groups 1-2x a week while giving your body enough time to recover.

  • What is the best type of weight training?

    The best type of weight training is the one that aligns with your goals. Want to build muscle? Focus on hypertrophy training with moderate weights and higher reps. Looking to get stronger? Go for powerlifting with heavier weights and fewer reps. I will create a customized plan just for you and your fitness dreams.

  • How quickly will I see results from weight training?

    You'll start to notice strength gains within a few weeks, but visible muscle growth can take 90 days. Stick with it, and you'll see that hard work pay off. You will get however much you put into this process.

  • What is the ideal age for weight training?

    There’s no one-size-fits-all answer here. Weight training can be beneficial at any age. Teens can start with light weights and focus on form, adults can use it to build strength and stay fit. Even seniors can benefit from weight training to maintain muscle mass and bone density. I will tailor your routine to your fitness level and goals.

  • What are the disadvantages of weight training?

    While weight training has tons of benefits, there are some risks if you’re not careful. Improper form can lead to injury, and overtraining without enough rest can cause burnout or fatigue. Some people might also find it intimidating or feel pressure to lift heavier than they should. The key is to listen to your body, start slow, and seek guidance if you’re unsure. Leave your ego at the door and work with me on perfecting your technique.
